-Orders are processed quickly (1-3 business days) to ensure fast delivery, so please double check your information before placing your order

Can I Cancel My Order

-Due to the fast-paced nature of our business, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

-All sales are Final. We do not offer returns or refunds. Please read product descriptions and select size accurately. 

-Exchanges are Subject to availability ONLY. Please contact us at orders@finessecouture.net with order # and we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Sizing

-Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. We recommend carefully reviewing product details before purchasing to ensure the best fit. Or reach out with any concerns. 

Out of Stock Items

-All of our collections are signature and there will be no restocks.

Lost/Delayed Packages

-Once your order has been shipped, Finesse Couture is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages. Please contact shipping carrier directly for assistance. 

Wrong Address

-If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at orders@finessecouture.net. Once orders are processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
